***Private Yoga Sessions-Private yoga sessions are a great way to ease yourself into a yoga practice & receive individualized guidance & your own personalized practice and homework so that you not only create & build a practice suitable for your own specific needs, but you can maintain being in your space safely as we still maneuver the challenges of covid as I am aware of many people are still concerned being in close quarters with others at this time.
Private Sessions are $30/session & you will receive a personalized session in addition to homework so you can independently build your own practice. To receive this service in your personal space, there is an additional $10 to the services for travel. To schedule, click here.

***Thai Yoga Massage
-Thai Yoga Massage (Lazy Man’s Yoga)is a 2500 year old ancient healing art of body work therapy, treating the whole body, incorporating yoga postures, stretching, gentle twisting, palming & thumbing along the body’s energy lines & pressure points improving circulation while also gently massaging the internal organs & combining acupressure that allows for the release of blocked energy & frees the body’s healing potential. This practice is done fully clothed. Please refrain from oils, lotions, perfumes, colognes for safety.
Thai Yoga Massage Sessions are $175/session for full body or $2/minute with 30 minutes the minimal session time. To receive this service in your personal space, there is an additional $10 to the services for travel. To schedule, click here

VIRTUAL Joy WithYin--(8:15PM-9:30PM)-The Yin approach to yoga is peaceful & still. In yin, you will be guided into your shape to what is known as your “edge”, you will then resolve to remain still & hold the shape for a specific amount of time. Yin yoga allows you to truly meditate DURING your practice if you are one who finds it hard to carve out that time. The Yin approach to yoga is peaceful & still. Yin is a fairly new style of Hatha Yoga targeting the connective tissues such as the ligaments, bones, & even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised as in your more traditional active styles of asana practice & presents the perfect complement to the dynamic & muscular (yang) styles of yoga. Yin is a soft, passive practice that provides balance to those with more active lifestyles & are needing to create balance. To register, click here

10 to Zen(8:00PM-9:00PM)-10 to Zen is an adjusted yin approach is where you can focus on challenging your mind, improve your breathing techniques while holding your asana & build endurance with your body. Once guided & you are at your edge within a pose, you will then be instructed to hold your asana for 10 slow deep breaths. Don’t worry! If you ever experience the need to rest, feel at ease knowing you can reset & improve your endurance at your own pace. To register, click here

10 to Zen(CHAIR)-10 to Zen is the class listed above except done with a chair for those with limited mobility or conditions that are not productive with performing yoga on the floor. To register, click here

Joyful Breath(Pranayama)-
This class will consist of 20 minutes of breath work engaging in various breathwork techniques that you can utilize anywhere when needed. Session open to ALL

Joyful Noise Sound Bath-30 minutes, mid week- This class incorporates the use of the power of sound to bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of well-being to your mind, body, and spirit. While in a gentle and meditative state, the healing sounds of quartz crystal bowls, drums, chimes, etc will be used to open & realign your chakras while creating a space for relaxation. Today, I Choose Me!- Even in the climate we are in, trying to create time for self-care can be even more challenging.This practice will be a random yet flexibly scheduled practice during various days & times. Practices will include Guided Meditation, Yoga Styles to include Yin, Chair, Restorative, Gentle Flow & Sound Bath. The length of the practices will range from 30-60 minutes with the duration made known upon scheduling the class. There will be no set day or time for this class but a 12-24 hr notice of the class will be made available.
