Nadi Shodhana- Nadi Shodhana also known as the “the sweet breath” or alternate breathing is a calming breathing technique to perform in a time of stress or high anxiety. This breathing technique can be performed at any time in any place and is quite simple. Before performing this breathing technique, ensure you blow your nose to clear any mucus out of your nose. Also, after performing this technique ensure you have time to remain still as the fresh amount of oxygen can cause light headedness and dizziness. Dont’t worry! This is not harmful.
